- HOW TO GET TO - sheet for Chez Vous Summer 2009: Instructions on how to apply, Final Payment Deadline, Cancellation Refunds . . .
- PROGRAM FEE INFORMATION (your home college or university may charge a slightly higher rate in order to give you credit for the Chez Vous program -- please check with your French Department or Study Abroad Office).
- FUNDS WIRE INSTRUCTIONS (especially useful for Canadian students)
- FINANCIAL AID APPLICATION FORM: Applications for financial aid are welcome, though the Institute regrets having only a few scholarships available usually in amounts of $250 and occasionally up to $750. To be considered for financial aid, please note that your completed Chez Vous Application Packet and the Financial Aid Application must both be postmarked during the Early Application Period which ends on Friday, January 16, 2009.
- Students at any of the following universities or colleges should first submit application packets directly to their French departments:

- Three Application Periods

1. Early Application Period: Postmarked by January 16.
Fully-completed applications submitted by this date will be processed before any later applications. Applicants accepted from this early period will also receive a 25€ credit at the Institute’s Café Bar.
2. Regular Application Period: Due (postmarked) by February 27.
3. Last-Minute Application Period (+$35): Beginning February 28, applications are welcome as space remains available. If additional airfare charges are required, JLI will confirm with you before booking.

1. Complete the Application form and Master Checklist (we know it’s a lot of stuff, but everything is important! - please note that we can process only completed application packets that contain all the materials). Please make out check for $1300 Deposit and $30 Application Fee ($1330 - same in CAD) to “Jacques Lefevre Institute.”
2. Be sure and have your French professor review your complete application as it is possible that the institute will want to contact your professor for a reference
3. Mail everything using the envelope addressed to the Jacques Lefevre Institute.
4. JLI will respond to fully-completed Applications within three weeks after the end of each Application Period.
