Chez Vous Summer is looking forward to welcoming the first summer students and professor in less than a week! We are praying that all your trip preparations are going well.
Vivement le printemps
Even though winter is persisting by sending an exceptional snowstorm through Normandy, the Institute staff has been determined to stay focused on preparing for this summer as applications are being processed. We are now in the Last-Minute Application Period (more HERE) and there are still a few seats available for this summer -> this is your chance! APPLY NOW!

Come and be a part of this year's summer program! We are already in the Regular Application Period (until February 28). Check out the Apply Section for more information on what it is that you need to apply for this summer.
Early Application Period
A few more days left to apply during the Early Application Period! Fully-completed applications submitted by January 18 will be processed before any later applications and applicants accepted from this early period receive a 25 Euro credit at the Institute's Cafe Bar.

Only three full days are left of this year's summer program. This morning our students once again served the community during their last "Action Service" (Merci pour votre service à la Redoute !) - and now they are studying for the final exam tomorrow! Etudiez bien et bon courage pour demain !
c'est si calme
It is very quiet at the Institute - Track C finished their last class this week (Felicitations!) and has left (most of them very early) this morning to go back home or on to other destinations, leaving the 3 Track E students who are having class this morning with Dr. Rusthoven and an excursion this afternoon . . . Merci pour un bon programme Groupe C - vous allez nous manquer et bon voyage !
j'apprends, tu apprends...
After several days in Paris last week, Tracks C and E have (re)adapted to the daily life at the Institute - going deeper and deeper into the French language, culture and history through the different aspects of the program.
Des Aurevoirs et des Bienvenues
This week the Institute has experienced a lot of change:
- Track A finished the second course (FELICITATIONS A TOUS !) and is now spending the last days of their program in Paris;
- Track C arrived well and has already plunged into their first course which is held at the University of Caen (BON COURAGE !)

The last week of this year's summer program has begun and seems to be another busy one - track E is finishing their French Civilization and Culture class (Bon courage à tous!) as well as going on some more excursions to learn more about the history that happened in Normandy.
les journées en français
Le matin on mange du bon pain.
Toute la matinée on boit du café français pour que pendant les cours on reste bien éveillé.
Au déjeuner on discute les idées pour plus tard et si on n'a rien de prévu comme une excursion pour découvrir la Normandie ou un rendez-vous avec les buddies, on reste au village où on se promène ou on bronze à la plage ...
et avant qu'on puisse réagir, ce que l'on appelait "l'avenir" il y a encore un instant est devenu le présent.
Malgré les devoirs qui restent à faire (et ceux-là on aime guère), on passe du bon temps avec des amis et on est content que la journée ne soit pas encore finie…
